Thread Stuck in Device Driver (Windows 10 + AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7) idc Aug 19, 2015 9:32 AM I've had a problem with my AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7 ever since I made an update to Windows 10.

I just updated my device (Lenovo Z50) to windows 10 and I keep getting a thread stuck in driver device error. The computer restarts but then just has the error again. The only way to get rid of this and actually use the computer is to let it sit for a few minutes after shutting it down manually. I tried updating my device driver (amd Radeon r6). But it says it's already updated. Is this a known issue or am I missing a driver update. Anything else I can do? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

I don't know if this has been answered already, but here goes:
I have a problem with my new HP 17-y004no Laptop. It runs windows 10, (64bit). It keeps blue screen crashing when I'm browsing websites. The crash is always accompanied by a message that reads 'Thread stuck in device driver'.
The crash often happens when maximizing videos or pictures to full screen. The computer runs on AMD Radeon graphics.
I have been searching for ways to fix it online, but everything I've found either didn't work or was poorly explained. As far as I've been able to tell, this error is associated with the AMD graphics drivers not working well on Windows 10 and should be fixable by downloading a different driver. However, my HP model apparently can only run AMD drivers (Very unsure about this. I tried searching for compatible drivers for my product on HP support, and only AMD drivers showed up, all of which gave me the same problems)
Any ideas on what to do? It's becoming a real nuisance. This is actually the first time I've had to ask for help on a forum, so I'm really desperate. Thanks in advance .
