You'd better compile the NPF driver by yourself. And it's simple:
- Get Winpcap source file: http://www.winpcap.org/archive/
- Install DDK tool
- Compile npf driver only
- Copy npf.sys to
%systemroot%/System32/drivers - Add Registry Info to register above
- Reboot is important
