I had a Windows 10 computer custom built in September. I just now got around to plugging in a USB microphone. When I did, it did not show up as a recording device.

The only problem with this method is that you would need a high density printer (thermal transfer or laser), and would have to be extremely careful that it printed in the right spot nice and cleanly. The easiest is probably to erase the old barcode with some acetone and paper towels, and when your sure its completely erased, carefully print directly onto the license. Another method could be to clean off the old barcode with acetone, and then print out the new one on a transparency and affix it to your license.

I looked into the Device manager, and I have an entry for a 'Logitech USB Microphone' under other devices with the warning symbol underneath. I clicked on that and was presented with the following info on the general tab.

Plugged the microphone into another Windows 10 computer (instantly recognized and configured.. I copied the 6 driver files from that computer just to compare them and mine are the same, so it should configure on my computer too).
Ran SFC /scannow. No errors.
Tried to run Windows Update/repaired Windows Update/Ran Windows Update.
Plugged the microphone into a different USB slot (from a 3 to a 2 standard).
Updated my audio driver set from Realtek.
Tried to upgrade/install the drivers from the ones I took from the other windows 10 computer.
