Just thought I'd share. I did a clean windows 10 install on my somewhat old Acer 1830TZ(came with win7). Microsoft decided that a Synaptics driver is best for my touchpad, which is totally wrong; scrolling doesn't work, multitouch doesn't work. Even the touchpad icon in system tray is complaining that I don't have a Synaptics.

The default settings with this driver doesn't detect my touch properly, I had to drag the sensitivity (under Tapping tab) all the way to High for it to work.
One issue I did notice is EdgeAction seems to be supported but the configuration page isn't there, so I can't turn it off. If I swipe in from the touchpad edges windows gives me a ding sound and the pointer freezes for a second.
Anyway hope it helps if you have a similar laptop, they may release a new driver in the future but for now, this is good enough.
